It was a pleasure to be a special guest at the University of Trieste’s Graduation Day.
I had the honor of delivering the keynote lecture, “The Future Needs Teachers and Mentors,” where I addressed the new PhD graduates. I emphasized that, especially in an age marked by profound uncertainty, the future needs their ideas and a form of science that is both responsible and aware—one capable of valuing the knowledge, thinking, and legacy of those who held the same role before them.
Congratulations to all the graduates, and my very best wishes for the journey ahead!
